Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with the medical staff to ensure optimal outcomes for all patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health status, documenting changes and updating care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive patient care strategies.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuous education, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
