Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing care to mothers and newborns during the labor and delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers during labor and childbirth.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and fetal heart rates to ensure the safety of mother and baby.
• Administer medications and support pain management as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support families throughout the labor and delivery process.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and safety standards in the labor and delivery unit.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Labor & Delivery required.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP are mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to float to other units as needed.

Work Schedule

This position is for the night shift, from 7 PM to 7 AM. Floating to other units may be required as part of the role.
