Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) / Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Certified Respiratory Therapists (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRT) to join our team. This is a night shift position with responsibilities in various critical care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive respiratory care for patients in ICU and ER settings.
• Administer therapies as prescribed by physicians and monitor patient progress.
• Utilize advanced respiratory care technology and maintain equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately.

Shift Details

Shift: Nights, 6 PM - 6 AM

On-call duties are not required, and there is no floating between units.

Location

Qualifications

• Certification as a CRT or RRT.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong background in general respiratory care.

Additional Information

• Scrubs: Navy Blue.
• Patient-to-staff ratio: 45:1.
• Facility includes a total of 176 beds.
• EMR system used: Cerner.
