Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team. This position requires a dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: Days, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Call: One night a week and every third weekend
• Availability for the July 4th weekend is required

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic catheterization procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment and ensure all equipment is in working order.
• Monitor patient condition throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Current certification with CCI (RCIS) or ARRT.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required within 90 days of start.
• Two years of experience in a similar role is required.

Dress Code

Scrub color: Hospital laundered Malibu Blue scrubs. A white non-fleece jacket may be worn if desired.

Electronic Medical Records

Experience with EMR systems, specifically Cerner, is preferred.
