Description
Shift and Schedule
This position involves working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. There is no call required, and while there is no 48-hour option or block guarantee, attempts will be made to accommodate scheduling preferences. Flexibility is required to float within Women's Services. A maximum of 6 days of requested time off (RTO) is permitted within a 6-week period. The selected candidate must work at least one major holiday if the assignment overlaps.
Requirements
- Active RN Licensure
- BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- NRP certification
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE certifications are preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
- Ability to circulate C-sections
- High-risk labor management skills
- Experience with Pitocin titration
- Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation
- Participation in neonatal resuscitation
- Competence in postpartum/couplet care
- Preferred: Previous experience in a rural hospital and familiarity with LDRP model
