Shift and Schedule

This position involves working night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. There is no call required, and while there is no 48-hour option or block guarantee, attempts will be made to accommodate scheduling preferences. Flexibility is required to float within Women's Services. A maximum of 6 days of requested time off (RTO) is permitted within a 6-week period. The selected candidate must work at least one major holiday if the assignment overlaps.

Requirements

• Active RN Licensure
• BLS and ACLS certification (AHA or ARC)
• NRP certification
• AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and STABLE certifications are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery
• Ability to circulate C-sections
• High-risk labor management skills
• Experience with Pitocin titration
• Proficient in fetal monitoring interpretation
• Participation in neonatal resuscitation
• Competence in postpartum/couplet care
• Preferred: Previous experience in a rural hospital and familiarity with LDRP model

Patient Ratio

• 1:1 for labor
• 3:1 for couplet care
