Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team. As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and needs promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physicians' orders.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with established protocols.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency department setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
