Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment. The ideal candidate will hold a valid nursing license and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, responses to treatments, and vital signs.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and clean environment within the emergency room.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency room setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and often high-stress environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Shift Information

This position requires availability for night shifts, specifically from 7 PM to 7 AM.
