Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg unit. The successful candidate will work with a diverse patient population and play a critical role in their recovery and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and aftercare.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Med Surg capacity.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This position involves a 7A to 7P shift. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
