Description
Position Overview
This is a travel nursing position for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) available for evening shifts. The RN will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring efficient and effective treatment is administered in critical situations.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ conditions and provide appropriate care in the Emergency Room.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions.
- Document patient information and care accurately in the medical records.
- Perform advanced nursing procedures as required.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Must have a current and valid nursing license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
- Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
Schedule
This position involves working night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Location
The position is based in Las Colinas, TX.
