Unit Highlights
This position is located in Fort Worth, TX, within a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) specializing in renal care.
Shift Details
- Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 - 40 hours per week
- Weekend Requirements: Discuss during the interview
- Call Requirements: Discuss during the interview
Unit Specifics
- Number of Beds: 18
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Unit Staffing Description: Progressive Care
- Floating Policy: As needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of PCU or ICU experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience with specialized procedures to be discussed during the interview
Patient Care Focus

Dress Code
- Scrub Color: Specific requirements to be discussed during the interview
- Nail Policy: Clean and healthy nails; no artificial or gel nails
- Hair: Neat and clean; pulled back if shoulder length or longer
- Tattoos: Should be covered when possible; individual assessment for those unable to cover
- Piercings: Visible piercings other than earrings are prohibited
