Unit Information

Join our respiratory therapy team in a 240-bed facility with a collaborative environment and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Number of Staff: 15 Respiratory Therapists
• Minimum Staffing:
  • Day Shift: 3 therapists
  • Night Shift: 3 therapists
• Patient Ratios: 30-40 patients on average per shift
• Type of Equipment: Hamilton G5
• Electronic Medical Records: Meditech

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 6 months of current acute care hospital RRT experience
  • BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certification
  • CRT or NBRC certification
• Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience with Meditech
  • Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) experience
  • Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) experience

Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

• Administer treatments and therapies
• Set up ventilators
• Assist with intubation procedures
• Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis
• Provide patient and staff education
• Deliver all respiratory therapy services across various units, including ED, PEDS, ICU, NICU, and Med-Surg
