Description
Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality service and support for patients in need of emergency services.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 54
- Number of Staff: 125
- Day Shift Staffing: 1 Charge Nurse, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, and 1-3 Sitters
- Night Shift Staffing: 2 Charge Nurses, 8 RNs, 5 Paramedics
- Patient Ratios: 4:1
- Electronic Medical Records: Meditech
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
- Required:
- Minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Room experience
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Preferred:
- More than 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Familiarity with Meditech EHR
Typical Procedures
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing comprehensive patient-centered care

Required Certifications
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

- Weekend Requirements: Rotating weekends
- Dress Code: Scrub color - Royal Blue
