Job Description

We are currently seeking a clinically compassionate and dedicated Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in a dynamic skilled nursing facility. This position offers an opportunity for mentorship, making it ideal for both experienced OTs and new graduates.

Requirements

Active California OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule)
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred, though new graduates are welcome
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset
Preferred work schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday
Position may require floatation to a nearby facility

Duties

Evaluate and treat patients within the skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards

Shift Information

Flexible schedule available: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Less than 1 year preferred
