Job Description
We are seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates, with mentorship available.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
- Complete documentation in Net Health according to facility standards.
Requirements
- Active CA OT License (or in process under the 60 Day Rule).
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
- Strong documentation and time-management skills.
- Flexible and collaborative mindset.
- Preferred schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
- Position may require floating to a sister facility within walking distance.
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage is required.
- Minimum years of experience: Less than 1 year.
- BLS/BCLS certification is required.
