Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation care in Lakewood, WA. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to enhancing patient recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

Minimum of 0 years of experience required.
Active license in Washington or Alaska (Compact License accepted).
General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.

Responsibilities

Complete necessary documentation as required.
Adapt rehabilitation programs to meet individual patient needs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes.

Additional Information

Position requires a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks.
Documentation to be completed with relevant parties before assignment commencement.
