Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse to provide high-quality care in a diverse and culturally rich environment. The Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing procedures requiring comprehensive knowledge and consideration for specific patient conditions and treatments, while working independently to complete assignments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care that meets established guidelines, including physician’s orders and nursing policies.
• Support individuals of all ages and their families throughout the care process.

Qualifications

• Must maintain current certifications throughout employment, including:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the American Heart Association
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), required within one (1) year of hire
  • Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), required within one (1) year of hire
  • Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC), required within one (1) year of hire
  • NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), required within six (6) months of hire
  • Emergency Severity Index Level 5 competency, required within three (3) months of hire
  • Patient Sitter Competency Training, required upon hire
• A minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience is required.

Shift Information

This position requires working night shifts from 1830 to 0700, three shifts per week. Holiday coverage is required.
