Shift Details

Night shift position from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, and rapid infuser.
• Manage patients undergoing therapy, including TTM and artic sun management.
• Function effectively in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changing patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• May float to various units, including emergency department, stepdown, and medical-surgical units.
• Potential to float to behavioral health settings if necessary.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state.
• 2-3 years of recent ICU experience required; stronger candidates with closer to 2 years will be considered.
• Experience in a variety of care settings preferred, with an emphasis on independent work and efficiency.
• CVICU experience is highly desirable; please highlight any relevant experience in your application.
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS are required, with TNCC, PALS, and CCRN being preferred.

Additional Information
