Job Description

Providers will be required to complete necessary documentation before being cleared to start their assignment. Candidates holding licenses from Washington and Alaska may work with a Compact License.

Eligibility

Individuals who have worked in a permanent or PRN role within the last year are not eligible to return until a full year has passed since their departure. For those with previous traveler experience or who worked in a permanent/PRN position more than a year ago, please provide names and dates of birth for eligibility verification.

Commitment and Bonuses

This role requires a commitment of 13 to 26 weeks. Completion bonuses are available for contractors signing on through the end of September.

Credentialing and Requirements

All contractors will go through a QA process for credentialing. Active licensing is required, and equipment will be provided during the interview process.
