Job Description

The role involves providing physical therapy services as part of a comprehensive rehabilitation approach. Candidates are required to complete specific documentation associated with the onboarding process prior to commencing their assignment.

Additional Information

• Washington and Alaska allow practice under a Compact License.
• Candidates who have worked perm/PRN in the past year are not eligible for rehire until one year has elapsed.
• Candidates with prior travel experience or perm/PRN work more than a year ago should provide their name and date of birth for rehire eligibility assessment.
• 32 hours guaranteed for holiday weeks.
• Commitment length: 13 - 26 weeks.

Requirements

• Active license required.
• Credentialing requirements: contract QA.
• Experience in relevant setting preferred.
