Job Opportunity

Position Overview

This position requires the completion of necessary documentation before starting the assignment, ensuring compliance with all credentials and certifications. Candidates must be equipped with appropriate licenses and certifications prior to their start date.

Qualifications

General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP
Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training
License: Active, with specific requirements regarding permanent licenses

Additional Requirements

Preferred candidates should not have worked in a permanent or PRN capacity within the past year.
If previously employed, candidates must verify their eligibility for rehire.

Credentialing and Equipment

Credentialing required: Contract QA
Equipment will be provided during the interview.

Parking and Dress Code

Information regarding parking and dress code will be provided on the first day of work.

Notice Requirements

A notice period of 30 days is required prior to departure from the position.
