Number of Staff: 55 employees

Staffing Details

Day Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 3 Techs, 1 Unit Secretary
Night Shift: 1 Clinical Coordinator, 6 RNs, 2 Techs

Patient Care Information

Patient Ratios: 1:6

Type of Equipment: Baxter IV pumps, Medfusion pumps, SCDs

Electronic Medical Record System: Meditech

Qualifications

Required Skills:

BLS certification

Preferred Skills:

Experience with post-operative patients
Competence in dressing changes, wound care, and drain management

Care of post-operative patients
Management and maintenance of drains
