Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. This position requires specialized knowledge in neonatal care and an ability to provide high-quality support to our littlest patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate nursing care to neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
  • Monitor and assess patients’ health status, vital signs, and developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Educate and support families regarding their infant's care and health journey.
  • Float to the nursery as needed to assist with additional patient care requirements.

Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Level III NICU.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

The position requires working 12-hour shifts, from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Location

This position is located in a facility in the city of your choice in the state of your choice.
