Unit: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Level IV
- Number of Beds: 42
- Number of Staff: 100
- Staff Composition: 1 Clinical Nurse Coordinator, 14-17 Registered Nurses, 1 Unit Coordinator
- Patient Ratios: 2:1, 1:1

- Radiant Warmers
- Continuous Cardiorespiratory Monitoring
- High Frequency Oscillating Ventilation
- Jet Ventilation
- Servo Ventilation
- Tracheostomy Management
- High-Flow Nasal Cannula
- Non-Invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NIPPV)
- Central Lines and Peripheral IVs
- Foley Catheters
- Titrated Medications
- Continuous and Intermittent IV/PO Medications
- Chest Tubes
- Arctic Sun Therapy
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Neonatal Notes Manager, Meditech
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of current acute care experience in a Level IV NICU
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)
- Post-surgical care experience
