Position Overview

This position involves planning, coordination, and provision of nursing care to patients within a medical/surgical unit. The role focuses on addressing the age-related physiological, emotional, and cognitive needs of patients across various age groups, including adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs as part of routine patient assessments.
• Administer medications and calculate dosages accurately.
• Recognize and respond to physiological changes in patients.
