Unit Information

Experience exciting opportunities in the Emergency Department. The unit features:

• 37 bed capacity with L2 Trauma
• 73 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) staff
• Patient Ratios: 1:4 in zone
• Type of equipment: GE Monitors

Position Overview

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong patient experience skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate patient care in the emergency department.
• Participate in patient assessments and implement care plans.
• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Utilize MediTech for managing patient records and care documentation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

• Meditech experience is mandatory.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC are required.
• High caliber patient experience skills are essential.

Working Conditions

This is a night shift position with the following schedule:

• 6 PM to 6 AM
• Four weekend shifts in four weeks, with no on-call requirements.

Dress Code

Scrubs should be royal blue top and bottom.
