Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

Location

Glenview, IL

Schedule

• 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Rotating weekend on-call responsibilities, requiring 3-4 shifts per month
• Availability for holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures
• Assist with pre-procedural, intra-procedural, and post-procedural care
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
• Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge in interventional radiology

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Interventional Radiology preferred; 5+ years of experience strongly preferred
• Active RN license in Illinois
• Current certifications in BLS and ACLS
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

This position may require floating to Highland Park as needed. On-call requirements include being available a couple of days per week, with a call-back time of 30 minutes and a minimum of 2 hours for any call-backs.
