About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory Services team. Our facility is part of a leading health system known for its commitment to clinical excellence and patient care.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 854
- Number of Staff: 120
- Patient Ratios: 10 - 25
- Equipment Used:
- GE R860 Adult ventilators
- Draeger Infant/Pediatric ventilators
- Newport HT70 transport ventilators
- V60 Non-invasive devices
- Vapotherm and Comfort Flow high flow oxygen devices
- EMR System: Cerner
Responsibilities
The Registered Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality respiratory care to patients, including delivering therapeutic procedures and monitoring patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
- Must Have:
- North Carolina Respiratory License
- RRT - Registered Respiratory Therapist certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Preferred:
- NRP certification
Work Schedule
The position requires flexibility, including working varying weekends (at least four weekend shifts per six-week schedule).

Additional Information
This role supports floating to all critical care units and floors as needed.
