Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Glenview, IL. The ideal candidate will possess strong cardiovascular knowledge and skills, specifically in a med/surg setting.

Schedule Details

• Shift: Night shift from 1900 to 0730
• Schedule: Every Monday
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirement: As needed

Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you will be required to:

• Provide direct patient care and ensure patient needs are met.
• Float to various units as needed while maintaining a full patient ratio.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and document patient care in accordance with established protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 travel contract.
• Preferred Experience: Candidates with a background in cardiovascular nursing are highly desirable.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
• Certifications: BLS certification and successful completion of an EKG test at 80% or higher.
