Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care according to established protocols.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at different levels to ensure effective patient care.
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking and independent judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Previous nursing experience with leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
