Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge and experience in vascular procedures. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of the Meditech charting system and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

• Number of Operating Rooms: 5
• Patient Ratios: 1 RN: 1 Patient
• Unit Staffing: 5-6 RNs and 6 Techs on any given day, with 1 Anesthesia Tech and 1 OR Analyst
• Type of Equipment: Standard Operating Room equipment
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Floating Policy: None
• Patient Experience Requirements: None

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar clinical setting
• Preferred Skills: Strong vascular skills
• Advanced Skills: Experience in Ortho, Spine, Vascular, General Surgery, Colorectal, Robotic, GYN, and ENT procedures
• Required Certification: Experience with Meditech charting system

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided by the hospital.

Call Requirements

Expectations include participation in on-call rotations, with 2-6 days of call required per month.
