Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role includes performing nursing duties in the Diagnostic Radiology unit, contributing to patient care during various radiological procedures.

Shift Information

This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Unit Information

• Number of Staff: 15
• Staff Composition:
  • Week Day Shift: 2 Supervisors, 8 Staff Techs
  • Weekend Shift: 4 Staff Techs
  • Night Shift: 1 Tech
• Patient Ratios: 0
• Type of Equipment: GE AMX 240 portables, GE 6800, 9800 and 9900 C-Arms, GE Precision Fluoro Tower
• EMR: Meditech

Responsibilities

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse will be responsible for:

• Assisting with a variety of radiological procedures, including ED and Fluoro exams.
• Utilizing portable imaging equipment effectively.
• Providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Required: AART certification
• Preferred: Experience with C-Arms
