Description
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse is key in providing comprehensive care to patients during the antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases of Obstetric care. This role involves utilizing the Nursing Process in alignment with the state Nurse Practice Act and established hospital policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate critical thinking and scientific judgment to ensure safe delivery of care.
- Maintaining clinical competencies through ongoing education.
- Delegate patient care priorities according to the education and experience levels of the staff available.
- Provide direction and supervision for assigned personnel involved in patient care delivery.
Work Schedule
This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including alternating weekends.
Location
Position available in a facility located in the region of City, State.
Qualifications
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Permanent residence located more than 50 miles from the facility

Clinicians with pending state licenses may be considered. Additionally, previous employees may be eligible for rehire.
