Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse works collaboratively with healthcare team members to assess patient needs, implement appropriate interventions, and educate patients and their families.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• American Heart Association ACLS certification
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification
• American Heart Association PALS or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course certification
• Competence and willingness to practice modified primary nursing
• 1 year of emergency nursing or critical care experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient’s health.

Schedule Requirements

This role requires regular and sustained attendance. The position may necessitate working beyond a standard 40-hour workweek, including weekends and after-hours shifts. Holiday coverage is required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally maintaining a sitting position for extended periods.
• Repeated standing and walking within the work area.
• Occasional climbing using feet, legs, hands, and arms.
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Regularly reaching above shoulder level and pushing/pulling objects.
• Continuous fine finger movements and close visual acuity.
• Capable of learning new tasks, maintaining focus, and making timely decisions.

Exposure Risks

Employees are exposed to bloodborne pathogens, radiation in medical imaging settings, various chemicals, and potential contact with infectious diseases.
