Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Coordinator to deliver coordinated nursing care for patients, ensuring adherence to established standards of care and the nursing process. This role involves supervising and directing the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff and coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients or designated groups of patients.
• Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to assess patient needs and develop nursing care plans.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff at varying levels, ensuring quality care delivery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare disciplines to coordinate and optimize patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
• Participate in continuous education and professional development to enhance nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license.
• Experience in a clinical nursing setting preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think critically and make decisions in high-pressure environments.
