Description
Position Overview
This position is for a 13-week contract as a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN), working from 1845 to 0715 hours, with a commitment of 36 hours per week and every other weekend off. There is an opportunity to pick up extra shifts as needed.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is required.
- Current Washington State license or multi-state license with the following verifications:
- Approved 6-hour suicide training.
- Verification of demographics from Nursys.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are mandatory.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification is preferred.
- Knowledge of Meditech is helpful but not required.
Role Responsibilities
As a Medical/Surgical RN, you are expected to be a collaborative team player and willing to float to other departments as needed. You will provide high-quality patient care based on established standards and best practices.
Additional Information
Please note that holiday coverage is required during the contract period. Any requests for time off (RTO) must be approved and are to be added to the end of the contract.

This opportunity is located in a beautiful area close to the Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest.
