Unit Information

The Operating Room is equipped with 22 operating rooms and is staffed by a dedicated team of approximately 80 professionals. The unit maintains a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1, ensuring optimal care and attention for each patient.

Work Schedule

• Shift: Day Shift
• Days: Saturday to Monday, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in providing high-quality patient care within the operating room.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams across various specialties.
• Be available for weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Required Skills:
  • Certifications for Certified Surgical Technicians (CSTs) are mandatory.
  • Experience in Neuro and Spine procedures is essential.
  • For those on the Cardiac Service Line: Must possess Cardiac experience.
• Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in multiple service lines such as Orthopedics, General Surgery, and Robotic surgeries.

• Cholecystectomies (Chole’s)
• Spinal fusions
• Total Joint Surgeries
• Craniectomies (Crani’s)
• Mastectomies
• DIEP Flaps

Candidates should possess a flexible outlook, be team-oriented, self-directed, and maintain a positive attitude throughout their shifts. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Dress Code

Scrubs will be provided. Closed-toe, heeled shoes that are non-slip are mandatory attire.
