Description
Position Description
We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Radiology department. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience and demonstrate the ability to perform a wide range of radiographic procedures.
Unit Profile
- Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
- Unit: Radiology
- Number of Beds: 400
- Type of Equipment: GE Digital X-ray, GS Digital portable, OEC C-arms
- Documentation System: MEditech
- Certifications: ACR accredited imaging Facility, DHEC, Joint Commission
Responsibilities
The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing the following procedures:
- Conducting trauma and portable exams
- Operating C-arm equipment in the Operating Room (OR)
- Administering fluoroscopy and general X-ray procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Radiologic Technology
- Required Certifications: ARRT, SCQRSA, BLS
Work Environment
This position requires adherence to established patient care guidelines and standards. The technologist must work effectively within a team to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
Dress Code
The required uniform is charcoal gray scrubs.
