Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in a medical/surgical orthopedic unit. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care by assessing patients’ conditions, administering medications, and developing care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and ensure a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Experience in a medical/surgical or orthopedic setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Schedule

This role is scheduled for night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
