Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse specializing in MedSurg and Telemetry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and side effects.
• Provide patient and family education to promote health and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment in a timely manner.
• Assist in the management and coordination of patient care within the unit.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of MedSurg or Telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
