Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The successful candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Location

This position is located in City, State.

Shift Information

The shift for this position is from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Practice safe and effective nursing techniques in accordance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
