We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the areas of Neuro and Orthopedic surgeries, with the ability to adapt to robotic procedures as needed.

Schedule

The work schedule will vary, primarily consisting of morning shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with call required as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room, focusing on Neuro and Orthopedic cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Assist in surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions pre- and post-operatively.
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to surgical techniques and nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in the Operating Room specialty.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Experience with CERNER documentation.
• Ability to work a minimum of two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s) and one minor holiday (the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve).
