Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will support outpatient services and participate in weekend coverage for inpatient duties every 5-7 weeks. This role does not require on-call duties.

Work Schedule

• Day Shift: 5 days per week
• Office Hours: 7 AM to 5 PM
• Shifts have variable start times

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required if license obtained on or after January 2016; or foreign equivalent
• Preferred: Two years of physical therapy experience
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Women’s health experience and/or certification, or progress toward PRPC or WCS is required; details to be discussed during the interview
• Preferred: 3-5 years of professional experience in the field
