Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients by evaluating their conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and executing therapeutic interventions. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessing the needs of each patient and delivering effective care to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required; foreign equivalent accepted if obtained license on or after January 2016.
• Physical Therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice is required.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor per relevant policy is required.
• A valid Driver's License (DL) and must be at least 21 years of age or older are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical and functional abilities to develop effective treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, goals, and exercises.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Working Conditions

This role may involve day shifts as well as travel for patient visits. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet patient needs.
