Description
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be proficient in the use of electronic health records, particularly EPIC.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Acute care facility experience preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor is required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is preferred.
- Critical care experience is essential.
Shift and Contract Information
This position is a day shift, 36-hour contract role with scheduled hours from 0700 to 1930.
