Description
Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills and experience in an acute care setting, preferably with experience using EPIC software.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patients' health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- Experience: Acute care facility experience is preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification is required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor per policy is required.
Work Schedule
This position may require night shifts, with flexible scheduling options including 36 or 48-hour workweeks.
