Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and experience in Labor, Delivery, and Recovery (LDR). The role requires flexibility to float to Medical/Surgical (MS) units and provide care for pediatric patients as needed.

Scheduled Details

• Shift: Nights 18:45 - 07:15
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
• Holiday Requirements: Required in rotation
• On-Call Requirements: 2-3 on-call shifts a month

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of LDR experience
• Willingness to float to MS and care for pediatric patients

Experience Preferred

• 3+ years of LDR experience in a rural healthcare setting
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
• EPIC experience is highly preferred

License/Certification Requirements

• Current RN license
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Completion of a fetal monitoring class (intermediate or advanced) within the past 24 months
• Commitment to obtaining PALS certification prior to start

Floating Requirements

This position requires floating to Medical/Surgical units as needed for overflow patient care.
