Position Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position focused on Swing Bed services. The role will involve providing high-quality patient care in both Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Swing Bed capacity.
- Float between Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical units as needed.
- Participate in on-call duties as determined by the schedule.
- Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards during patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; 2 or more years preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory.
- Strong clinical competency in Rehabilitation and Medical/Surgical nursing.
Work Schedule
This position requires flexibility with day shifts, including floating within the assigned scope of practice.
