Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. This role involves working in a settings that encompasses both outpatient and acute inpatient care, with a focus on orthopedic conditions.

Job Responsibilities

• Treat a mix of inpatient/acute and outpatient patients, with an emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Provide specialized outpatient therapy, including 45-minute appointments.
• Work closely with a diverse patient population, primarily orthopedic, while also addressing various medical and neurological conditions.
• Coordinate care on the acute medical floor and in an outpatient orthopedic facility.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation aides and support staff as needed.

Shift Details

• Scheduled for 4 ten-hour days, with options for Tuesday through Friday or Monday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM.
• No weekend or holiday requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient experience required.
• Must hold a valid BLS certification.
• An Oregon Physical Therapy license is required, but does not need to be in hand at the time of submission.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing quality patient care.

Work Environment

This position is based in a community-oriented outpatient physical therapy clinic located within an athletic club, offering a dynamic work environment collaboration among a team of 10 physical therapists, 5 occupational therapists, and 2 speech-language pathologists.

Dress Code

Business casual attire is required; denim is not permitted.

Orientation

Department-specific orientation will be provided on the first day of employment.
