Physical Therapist (PT)

A well-established clinic has been serving the local community for over 25 years, combining experienced and newer therapists to provide exceptional care. The clinic enjoys a vibrant patient demographic, making it a fun and rewarding environment for staff and patients alike.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will work effectively within a dynamic clinical setting.

Key Experience and Skills Required

No specific skills required, but candidates should be passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.

Patient Ratios and Productivity

• 10–11 patient visits per day
• 50–55 patient visits per week

Evaluation and Follow-up Visits

• 60-minute evaluations
• Follow-up visits are approximately 60 minutes

Patient Population

The clinic serves a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Experience Requirements

• Preferred: 1+ years of experience
• New graduates are not accepted for this position

Schedule Details

The clinic operates from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Each clinician is required to work at least two late shifts. The schedule is highly flexible.

Documentation System

We utilize the NextGen documentation system to streamline clinical documentation.

Staff Support

Our team includes a Patient Experience Coordinator to manage scheduling, as well as rehab aides who assist with cleaning and patient care as needed.

Floating Requirements

No floating is required; the traveler will work exclusively at this location.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This position may be open to discussion regarding a temp-to-perm arrangement.

Additional Information

• Dress code: Business Casual
• A current traveler is in place through the end of October
