This clinic serves an underserved population with a variety of diagnoses, referred by orthopedic providers and primary care physicians. The clinic boasts a team of tenured staff. The current opening is due to a physical therapist transferring out of state.

Position Details

The clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience.

Key Experience and Skills Required

• Must have outpatient physical therapy experience

Patient Ratios / Productivity

The physical therapist will manage a caseload of 55+ patients per week.

Evaluation Times

60-minute evaluation slots will be utilized for patient assessments.

Patient Population

The clinic serves a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Years of Experience Preferred

• 1+ year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
• New graduates will be considered

Schedule Details

• At least two shifts from 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM shift on Fridays
• The remaining two days can be either 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Open to four 10-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–7:00 PM

Schedule Structure

Flexible options are available, including 5x8s or 4x10s.

Clinic Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Documentation System

The clinic utilizes the NextGen documentation system.

Staff Support

Support is provided by a Patient Experience Coordinator, three aides, and two experienced PTAs.

Floating Requirements

No floating needs are anticipated.

Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

This position may be open to discussion for a temp-to-perm arrangement.
